AJM Choice to explore the multimodal approach at Care & Occupational Therapy Show 2026
AJM Choice will be attending the Care & Occupational Therapy Show 2026.
Occupational Therapist and AJM Choice Clinical Manager Michaela White will deliver a specialist session exploring how a multi-modal, client-centred approach can support better mobility outcomes.
Taking place at Westpoint, Exeter, the event brings together professionals from across care, occupational therapy, rehabilitation and clinical practice to share ideas, explore innovation and discuss practical approaches to improving support for individuals with complex needs.
Michaela’s session, titled “The Future of Mobility – A Multi-Modal, Client-Centred Approach,” will take place on the Live Demo Stage from 13:15 to 13:45 on 23rd June.
The session will explore the broad range of mobility solutions available to support people beyond standard NHS provision, considering how different equipment, services and clinical pathways can work together to improve independence, participation and quality of life.
As part of AJM Choice, Michaela works closely with individuals and families who are navigating private mobility options, specialist equipment, funding routes and clinically led support. Her presentation will draw on her experience as an Occupational Therapist across mobility, seating and rehabilitation, with a focus on practical decision-making and individual need.
Michaela White, Occupational Therapist at AJM Choice, said: “Mobility is rarely about one product or one pathway. For many people, the right solution depends on understanding their goals, environment, clinical needs and daily life. A multi-modal approach allows us to look more broadly at what will genuinely support independence, comfort and participation, rather than defaulting to a single route. I’m looking forward to sharing that perspective with colleagues at the Care & Occupational Therapy Show.”
AJM Choice will also be exhibiting at the event, giving visitors the opportunity to speak to the team about private mobility solutions, specialist equipment, NHS pathways, funding options and clinically led assessment pathways.
The company supports individuals and families looking for guidance beyond standard provision, helping them understand the options available and make informed decisions with confidence.
